Field Grey's 36 piece capsule collection responds to challenges faced by a variety of businesses, and is the result of a decade of insight.

Launched at the internationally renowned London Design Fair in 2017, Readywear was two years in the making. A capsule collection of 36 key uniform items, Readywear responds to the demand for stylish, contemporary uniform for businesses that don't need a bespoke service.

The collection is the result of months of research, design and testing by the Field Grey team - and the result of over a decade working with businesses. For years I had been thinking about innovative ways we could solve the problems faced by small to medium businesses, to provide stylish options with smaller order quantities to meet a brand's needs.

A decade in the making

Working directly with brands across the hospitality, leisure, retail, and travel sectors has taught the team and I a thing or two about creating exceptional uniform solutions. For all of our clients, uniforms form an intrinsic part of a company’s brand philosophy, design and marketing. Now we have taken that experience and used it to develop a collection of beautiful and practical off-the-peg garments.

Comfortable, functional and easy to take care of, each garment is also smart and stylish.

The Readywear range includes jackets, shirts, trousers, tops, aprons and accessories, all available in a variety of colourways and fabrics.

Success so far

So far, we've seen some great results for businesses using Readywear. Some collections include a mix of Readywear and bespoke product to great effects - such as our recent Sofiteland Home Grown Club projects. Others make sole use of Readywear, such as Elmore Court in Gloucestershire and Black Roe in London.
