How do I order?
It's simple - select the items you'd like to purchase for your team

Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order at any time before the sizing exercise is confirmed; when we have this it goes straight into production and can no longer be amended.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Each item has an MOQ of 50. This includes sizes, but not gender. So if you're looking for shirts, for example, you'll need to buy 50 male shirts and 50 female shirts.

Can I buy more than 50?
Of course! You can order any number above 50, but for odd numbers, you'll need to email us first. 

Can I get a discount on larger orders?
Yes! We are able to offer discounts on orders 100+ and 200+. Email us for more information. 

Can I buy one item?
At the moment, to keep our costs competitive, the MOQ is 50, but occasionally we'll add 'drops' to the site with smaller order quantities. Keep an eye on our Instagram or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know. 

How long will my order take?
Readywear can be delivered in 6-8 weeks - often sooner. If you have a launch date/deadline in mind, it's best to call or email us first - details on the contact us page. 

Can I request fabric swatches?
Yes! Email sales@field-grey.com with the colours/fabrics you are interested in, along with a postal address, and we'll mail them directly to you. 

Can I request samples?
As our garments are made to order we are unable to send samples, but please contact us to discuss your needs and our designers can discuss the styling elements with you.

How do I choose sizes?
We use standard sizing and fit guides and our garments fit true-to-size, so you should order sizes for your team that they would generally buy. 

Can I return items?
As our products are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns, unless items are faulty or do not meet our quality standards.
